Grandiosity can be translated in the most subtle of ways to maintain a classic and cohesive theme that outlines the residential space. That was the definitive approach taken with this project. The architectural style adopted here was highly Mediterranean. It was showcased through the small balconies, the slanted tiles of the roof, the exterior arcades and the decorative details in the floor tiles. Beauty is found in the details. That is how Concept Me created a richer, lusher ambiance to the house without the incorporation of flamboyantly lavish elements. In presenting a fresh, natural outlook, the use of greenery was paramount. The art of creating a space that can breathe is highly complimented by the walls that compose it. We defined the Mediterranean spirit of engaged, toned-down liveliness with gorgeous, understated wallpaper. Overall, this project stands out due to its subtle details and its commitment to being classic, being beautiful.
A main spine that outlined the overall directional journey of the house provided an organized and classic notion to its division. Creamy colors, polished light fixtures and interior arches set the tone to a calm sense of living. An interior, marble fountain served as one of the many delicate details that contributed to the understated beauty of the place. The soft light that permeates all the rooms and casts angles on the calming color tones of the floors and walls was intentional. Overall, the house, with all its divisions and customized bedrooms, spoke a common vocabulary - one of calm and subtle elegance.
